Selina Chan, aged 66, died peacefully on July 26, 2017 at her home in Newton, MA after a 3 year battle with stage 4 lung cancer. Selina was born on October 13, 1950, in China and is the daughter of Gock Lem Lee and Lai Ngor Lee.

In 1972, Selina married the love of her life Shu Tung (Vincent) Chan and had three kids, Michael, Michelle, and Jennifer. She then went on to raise five grandchildren, Kayla, Justin, Kimmie, Andy, and Nikki. Selina dedicated her life toward raising her beautiful family.

Selina is survived by her husband, Vincent; kids Michael, Michelle, and Jennifer; grandchildren Kayla, Justin, Kimmie, Andy, Nikki; siblings Stella, Chuck, and Wayne; mother Lai Ngor Lee; and a number of other relatives and close friends. She is predeceased by her father and her brother, Cheun.

Selina will be deeply missed by all that knew her. A wake will be held in Selina’s honor at Burke & Blackington Funeral Home, 1479 Washington St., (Rte. 16), West Newton, Sunday, July 30 from 3:00 PM–6:00 PM. A Service will be held the following day, Monday, July 31 from 10:00 AM–11:00 AM at Burke & Blackington Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery, 95 Forest Hills Avenue, Boston.
